Our recruitment process adheres to strict protocols to maintain the quality of our workforce. Each employee is well-versed in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Terms & Conditions outlined by our organization, which are compliant with the regulations set under the PSARA Act, 2005. After successfully completing these steps, employees receive an official Appointment Letter and Posting Order, followed by full provision of their uniforms and necessary gear to perform their duties efficiently. By maintaining these rigorous standards, we are able to provide dependable and professional security solutions that safeguard your business
Training & Orientation
Training as per PSARA Act 2005 is compulsorily provided to security personnel recruited for deployment free of cost. In order to provide adequate training to security personnel for service realization, we at PSS have Specialised training routine. A proper course of syllabus is being followed which is well equipped and managed by competent training staff and experts which are ex-serviceman and are NSDC Affiliated. Training includes Physical Mobility Training, Situational Awareness, Equipment & Gadgets Training, Soft Skills and other technical training as per Clients needs & demands.(Include Photos as much as possible).
Operational Management
- After the Issuance of Work Order for the provision of the services, PSS takes complete responsibility of providing the services to the utmost satisfaction of the clients. The Operation Staffs including Area Officers(AOs), Security Officers(SOs), Supervisors & Guards after giving required training/briefing are assigned to monitor the services on daily basis.
- Operational activities includes Shift Management, Frequent Visits by AOs and Other Managerial Staffs, Surprise Visits, Frequent Night Visits, to ensure better Post-Deployment Monitoring/ Surveillance.
- We also provide Secret Vigilant Officers as per client demands who secretly takes feedback from customer and monitor the services & activities of operational staff at various location and report to Top Management for remedial action. This system of inspection play a vital role in the company to ensure and maintain professional and honest environment of working.
- Finally to improvise and work on flaws we have created our own Performance Review System which includes Field Audits, Google form for Clients and Meetings. All these activities are done on Fortnightly or Monthly basis in order to Endure Operation Management.
